Each Day His Mercies are New

Our family has been extremely grateful and blessed by our community since Audrey's passing late November. We have found meaningful ways to keep Audrey's memory close; we have several pictures albums the kids can look at, Audrey's art sprinkled throughout our home, and prayers of thanksgiving for the time we had with our sweet girl.  Recently, our local school offered to make a bench in Audrey's memory. We were able to choose the color and plaque statement to represent Audrey. Audrey's favorite color was a "soft" blue, so we chose blue. The bench is newly located at the school in the playground area. Audrey's friends and classmates will be able to sit and remember Audrey's name- what a loving act of kindness. As we move forward in this life without Audrey, we truly miss her presence. She was apart of our daily rhythm  and her presence was a gift. We know many things in this world are fleeting and temporary. Life seasons come and go, but the word of...

Eighty days have passed.  The longing feeling to hold her in an embrace is present.  The desire to hear her voice, to see her smile, to watch her color, to see her organize her room and toys.    One year ago she was playing outside in the woods.  Feburary 3rd 2025: Below is a summary of her service.   ·          Welcome/prayer–   Andrew Good morning and thank you all for coming out today as we remember and celebrate our daughter, Audrey Grace Taylor.   Along with honoring her we want to give all praise and Glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.   Audrey loved being here at church and right up until her final weeks this was the one of the few places she still wanted to visit, where she could be with friends, family, and was loved.   It has been the hope of Rachel and I that we could foster that same experience and feeling today for each of you.   Audrey enjoyed seeing familiar faces and...

Audrey's Memorial Service-Gratitude and Thanksgiving

This past Saturday, December 6th at 10am we were able to collectively gather with family, church family, friends and the community to remember and celebrate Audrey's life here on Earth. Over the week leading up to Audrey's service, we were thankful the Lord laid specific scripture on our hearts to deliver His truth to many. The Living Word is what sustains us and keeps us focused on what is true and good. His promises to come.  We cannot express in words how deeply loved and cared for our family felt. We are incredibly grateful for all of the prayers we have been covered in and all of the helping hands which helped reflect Audrey's life in all of the details at her service.  Thank you to our family who has always been there to ask what we need and how they can help, for loving Audrey so well. Our church family who just moves without needing to be asked, we see the Spirit at work and the fruit. For the Northmor staff and their care and love; Audrey always loved school....

Audrey Grace Taylor- Noble Strength

Audrey Grace Taylor  11.27.15-11.25.25 Audrey passed peacefully this morning 11.25.25 around 2am. Audrey's ongoing battle with a rare form of cancer has ended. While there were many wonderful memories, there were hard days mixed in. Audrey fought hard, remained strong and had the sweetest spirit and attitude through it all. It is difficult to understand why Audrey endured all that she had to endure during her almost 10 years of life. We know that she taught many just by her actions and loving nature. Audrey rarely complained and loved many things about life. She was organized, had a keen eye for design, loved cats, Calico Critters, she enjoyed school and being with her friends, even excelling at academics despite her schedule of chemotherapy, radiation, and medical procedures.   Audrey loved her family and friends, drawing, crafting, swimming, being in nature, the beach, her cat Coco, organizing doll houses, and going to church.   Audrey enjoyed her church f...

We Walk By Faith

Audrey is continuing to hold on with the strength that is left. She is tired, weak and sleeps most of the time. We can continue to praise God she has no pain. Audrey has her routine, though most of it consists of sleeping. She enjoys a little chocolate milk, a yogurt smoothie, some applesauce and maybe some small bites of food here and there. With that said, eating and drinking is becoming more difficult, but Audrey manages with some assistance and help.   Benjamin, Hannah and Emma continue to do well with this season we are in. They display loving hearts, asking if Audrey needs anything, praying for her and just sitting near her. We are so grateful for the tenderness they show Audrey and the peace they have knowing Audrey will likely be with Jesus soon.  2 Corinthians 5:1- 10 For we know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made for us by God himself an...

Immeasurably More- By: Rend Collective More than all we ask Than all we seek All our hopes and dreams You are immeasurably more Than we can know Than we can pray All our words can say You are immeasurably more [Chorus] There's nothing greater than Your love You're more than we can imagine There's nothing sweeter on this earth You're more than we can imagine Our hearts respond to who You are It's You, oh Lord, that we adore [Post-Chorus] You are more, You are more You're more than we can imagine You are more, You are more You're more than we can imagine [Verse 2] More than all our sin Than all our shame Stronger than the grave You are immeasurably more I can't help but sing Can't help but praise My heart can not contain You are immeasurably more   Audrey is continuing to display strength and endurance despite her circumstances. She continues to have her own routine, which brings comfort to her day. Her overall health continues to decline. Not much fo...

Rejoice Always-Acknowledge His Ways

Overall Audrey's health has continued to decline some these past few weeks. Audrey is still eating and drinking fairly well, doesn't complain of much pain, but does have occasional discomfort around her left eye. We are thankful this is minimal and seems to come and go. Audrey had some pretty intense light sensitivity about a week or two ago, but that has seemed to let up some.  Audrey does have random incidences when the tumor bleeds, but the bleeding has been quite minimal. Hospice is now coming once a week. Audrey has been very comfortable with these visits and doesn't mind them- giving thanks for that :) Audrey's days are pretty low key. She enjoys resting with Coco, our cat, and some gentle playing with her little sister. This is usually stuffed animals in Emma's room each morning. She will occasionally do some school work, enjoys playing Animal Crossing (a video game) and watching a show or two. She loves routine- Audrey still enjoys going to church on Sundays...
